The organizing committee will provide professional accompanists for the competition participants. Rehearsal in the class (45 min), acoustic rehearsal and performance on the stage will cost 100 Eur, additional rehearsal (45 min) - 30 Eur.

26 March, Sunday, 18.00 – The Opening Concert, Drawing of Lots at the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, (Katedros a. 4) 26 March, Sunday 13.00-15.00 - Participants registration at the Beatričė Hall, National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art; 27 March, Monday – Acoustic rehearsals, National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art; 28 March, Tuesday – I Round, First Day, National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art; 29 March, Wednesday – I Round, Second Day. Announcement of I Round results, National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art; 30 March, Thursday – II Round. Announcement of II Round results, National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art; 31 March – 1 April, Friday – Sunday – Finalists rehearsals at the Lithuanian Opera and Ballet Theatre; 2 April, Sunday – Final and Award Ceremony at the Lithuanian Opera and Ballet Theatre.
In the event of any discrepancies, the Lithuanian text of these rules shall prevail. The Jury decisions have primacy and take precedence over the rules and regulations published on the Competition page if the two conflict. The next International Virgilijus Noreika Competition for Singers is planned for 2026.
