Ieva Juozapaitytė is Kaunas State Musical Theatre soloist-actress. In 2012, she graduated from Vilnius college and entered Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre for Bachelor's and Master's degrees. In 2018, she received Master's degree in the Univerity of Arts Helsinki. In 2012, Ieva worked in Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre (LNOBT). In 2013, she had her debut in Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society with Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra. Among her most prominents roles are Grisette (The Merry Widow), Valencienne (The Merry Widow), Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), Pepi (Wiener Blut), Tatiana (Eugene Onegin), Mimi (La Boheme), Musetta (La Boheme), Indrė (Kelionė į Tilžę), Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), etc. Ieva has cooperated with a great number of famous Lithuanian conductors such as Gintaras Rinkevičius, Ričardas Šumila, Julius Geniušas, Tomas Ambrozaitis, Modestas Barkauskas, Donatas Katkus, Vytautas Lukočius, Ugnius Vaiginis, Jaroslavas Cechanovičius, etc. She has also collaborated with some of the most prominent directors: Dalia Ibelhauptaitė, Nerijus Petrokas, Gediminas Šeduikis, Marija Simona Šimulynaitė, Lars Franke, Jūratė Sodytė-Bradauskienė. She has received numerous awards such as: the title of Art Creator in 2016, an award in the International "Maria Malibran", the scholarship of Young Soloist in 2019, etc.
